80,000-100,000 for Kerry in Madison, WI on Thursday. The crowd spilled over into the side streets because they couldn’t all fit on West Washington. Bruce Springsteen offered a passionate, and often poetic, pitch for the election of John F. Kerry, a fellow guitar-playing Democrat.

Elsewhere… 2,000 turned out for Bush in Richland Center, WI. His latest ad, they had to alter photos with photoshop to make it look like there were more troops in the audience, and they got caught doing that. Speculation running around the ‘net about that “terra-ist” video is that the guy in the turban is really Karl Rove. o.O
