John at AmericaBlog comes through again with another well-researched piece. I’ve been watching the Khan story ever since I heard the name leaked, looking for bits and pieces to put it together (been busy lately so I haven’t had much time to do any blogging/writing). I even dug through the British papers at the time, trying to figure out who, exactly, did the leaking… I couldn’t decide if it was Tom Ridge or Condoleeza Rice, at the time. Either way, the buck stops at the White House… supposedly.

Once power becomes more important than doing what’s in the national interest (and I think it’s always been that way with the Bushies), all sorts of bad things start to happen.
