Is it time to worry yet?

What more does this administration have to do in order to spark a certain sense of alarm?

There’s already:

- an entire system set up in which US citizens can be imprisoned secretly and indefinitely without judicial review,
- an entire system set up in which people can be held with no records of their names, where they are held, nor their movements from secret prison to secret prison,
- official enshrinement of torture and the violent force feeding of hunger strikers in violation of international law and conventions on human rights and torture,
- illegal surveillance to a degree as yet unknown,
- an attempt to actualize a ‘unitary executive’ theory that confers dictatorial powers on the President,
- contracts awarded for building detention camps
- Presidentially-authorized international political assassinations

Still not worried?
